I am the current Director of Communications for PLAN it WILD, a sustainable landscaping company in Westchester, NY specializing in native plants, carbon capture processes, and pollinator preservation along with providing freelance work for Sarasota County Centennial Committee. In these roles, I create social & traditional media content, author & distribute media alerts, and develop business growth opportunities and relationships.

I function as lead author, art designer, and photographer on this in house, full length magazine. With a circulation of over 10,000 stakeholders, the Mooney Messenger serves to inform readers about events at Cardinal Mooney High School, publicize accomplishments, and cultivate the school's donor base.

Archdiocese of New York | Dept. of Education, Call Center Development
At the direction of the Superintendent of schools, I created an in house, bi-lingual call center to assist prospective consumers with school choice, admissions, and financial assistance, linking all applications through TADS. I created all inbound & outbound scripts, trained and supervised site staff, and developed follow up surveys to assess consumer satisfaction and improve best practices.

Event Management, Press Releases, Media Relations, and Collateral
From Pope Francis's visit to NYC to the Pro Football Hall of Fame Hometown Hall of Famers Event, I have created, promoted, and managed large and small scale events for earned media coverage and increased goodwill. I regularly develop and manage charity events to benefit organizations such as Akron Children's Hospital of the Mahoning Valley. When needed, I provide crisis management through communication with local and regional media as well as design impactful marketing collateral.
